The location is unbeatable. It provided convenient access to key attractions and public transportation. I found the staff helpful. They readily assisted with directions and local recommendations. The room was always clean due to the diligent housekeeping service. I also got a discount on a massage!

Charming Stay with Excellent Service

The staff provided assistance getting a rental car and offered complimentary water. Our dog felt comfortable and the hotel welcomed it warmly. We even received a generous discount on massages at the spa. The family-sized room was very spacious, with three full beds and a large Smart TV.
The bathroom had an unpleasant smell when the door was opened. The odor dissipated quickly, it should not be there.

the location offered easy access to the tram stop near prato della valle. a very spacious room with a large bathroom was available. staff are really kind and friendly, i did recommand this hotel.
i noticed the breakfast area wasnt that cozy, making the mornings a little less dreamy.
