spacious bathroom rainfall shower

My room included a very spacious bathroom. it had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel provided free water upon arrival. I appreciated that!

the air conditioning made a slight noise at night.

Charming Stay with Excellent Service

helpful staff spacious room

The staff provided assistance getting a rental car and offered complimentary water. Our dog felt comfortable and the hotel welcomed it warmly. We even received a generous discount on massages at the spa. The family-sized room was very spacious, with three full beds and a large Smart TV.

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell when the door was opened. The odor dissipated quickly, it should not be there.

The staff was helpful and spoke various languages. They went the extra mile with a smile. The director greeted us warmly and offered suggestions for city visits in French, it was very kind.

The hotel has a good location near Prato della Valle. It is also just a short distance from a tram stop. The hotel's location allowed easy access to key attractions and transportation, I noticed.

spacious room large bathroom friendly staff

the location offered easy access to the tram stop near prato della valle. a very spacious room with a large bathroom was available. staff are really kind and friendly, i did recommand this hotel.

i noticed the breakfast area wasnt that cozy, making the mornings a little less dreamy.
